I found a place near London that sells American goodies that you normally can't get here. I paid $8 for an A&W cream soda and some gobstoppers. It was totally worth it.
The Dentist
- 15.8.08
So I have now been employed with my company for a year and I get dental benefits. Yay! Anyway, I went to the dentist again this week to get my teeth cleaned (Apparently my first appointment was just a get to know you and charge $300 appointment). As I walked into the lobby of this extremely posh dentist's office, I noticed that there was an array of coffee and tea set out. There was a little note letting visitors know that the drinks were for them. I failed to understand why this was okay. Do the dentists really want to poke around in someone's mouth while they have coffee breath? Gross.
